Ordered my girlfriend a bouquet for Valentine’s Day as I was away with work and couldn’t be with her. Unfortunately there was a bit of a mix up and the florist had tried to contact me but internet where I am is very patchy and the messages went to my junk inbox.

After speaking to my girlfriend late on Valentine’s Day and realising the flowers hadn’t been delivered we contacted the florist via Facebook. Within 30 mins, she had a lovely bouquet of flowers delivered. This all happened at 9:30pm on a Sunday.

Absolutely amazing service and will definitely be recommending and using Dorothy Marchant again!

Ordered a lovely Christmas arrangement for my niece for next day delivery to cheer her up as she couldn't come home for Christmas. My niece sent me a photo it looked beautiful and was delivered on time. Thank you.

Wonderful florist! I ordered last minute online for a Mother's Day delivery and the bouquet was beautiful! My mum loves them and was so excited! Would highly recommend. Will be using them again in the future!
